In order to improve the application ability of modern means of education of teachers from the Senior High Department and give full play to the auxiliary role of multimedia equipment in teaching, from 2.30 P.M. to 4.30 P.M. on June 29th, Director Xu Zuitai of the Senior High Department organized all the subjects teachers to have a courseware making contest in the third-floor computer room. Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong and Director Liu Qiongdan were invited to inspect the competition, and teacher Zhu Guangyin with the Information Group served as technical advisor.
To be concrete, the competition takes the form of making and submitting works on the spot which began in a tense but harmonious atmosphere. Every teacher who participated in the competition took it seriously and made the courseware meticulously. In a short one-and-a-half hour’s time, according to the characteristics of the subjects and teaching needs, and in line with the principle of improving students' interest in learning and improving the classroom teaching efficiency, the teachers made the teaching coursewares with rich contents, pictures, and visual images.
To conclude, this courseware making competition is a part of showing the basic skills of the teachers from the Senior High Department who made progress in courseware making technology, which created an atmosphere for teachers to help and learn from each other in the meantime.
